All universities have their own cafeteria, sports centre, library, and computer centre with Internet facilities in their territory. Yes. If any family member or close friend would like to visit you can apply for a visa through the university or through a tourist firm. EDUC can also help with this process.

Am I eligible to apply  for student loans  when studying through your organization?
Yes since the educational establishments that we work with are world-wide recognized you will have no problem in getting a student loan from your government or from a bank. We are glad to help you with the provision of the required documents in order to apply for a loan.

Can I get any help to purchase tickets?
The EDUC has a special contract with a ticketing agent in St. Petersburg in order to purchase air-tickets at a special student rate which is even less than what the airlines charge! Also they (the ticketing agent) are able to provide tickets for any airline.

Bank and money transactions
Most students use the Western Union money transfer system to receive money from home. There are also a lot of ATM’s where you can withdraw cash using your credit card and international banks. (Citibank, ANZ, Hunder’s Bank, Barkleys etc.) We recommend that students and others convert their currency into roubles only at authorized exchange boots or banks. These are located all around the city and some are even open 24 hours. Also it is easier to exchange U.S.$ into roubles at a good rate and therefore recommend that anyone who visits Russia to bring their cash in U.S.$ for added convenience. Traveller's cheques and other kinds of money vouchers are also exchangeable. If urgent money transfers are needed, EDUC can help to transfer money from countries where it has its representative offices. (India, Sri Lanka, Sweden, U.K.) Your educational fees could be directly transferred to our bank account from anywhere in the world so you would not have to carry cash with you.

Is there any age limit to apply?
